Returns & Cancellations

In-stock merchandise

All sales are final and no returns or cancellations are allowed.

Custom orders

May be cancelled within one week subject to a 30% fee which will be calculated on the total purchase price and deducted from any payments previously made. Any balance of payments previously made less shipping charges will be reimbursed only as a store credit. The order, or any portion of it, may not be cancelled more than one week after it is placed.

Shipping Methods

FedEx Ground & FedEx Express

Any damaged merchandise must be noted on the bill of lading and reported to symmetry within 2 business days of delivery.

Damaged merchandise may be returned, OR symmetry, in its sole discretion, may give a full or partial credit for such merchandise.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded or credited.
